Blue Underground Brings 'The Prowler' to High Def UNCUT

In an odd release on YouTube, Blue Underground announced that they'll be bringing a new hi-def transfer of the 1981 classic The Prowler to Blu-ray in the near future. The best part? It'll be presented completely uncut and uncensored!! If you think you're safe, you're DEAD wrong! Avalon Bay, 1945: On the night of her graduation dance, young Rosemary and her date are brutally murdered by a prowler thought to be a jilted soldier home from the war. The killer was never found. 30 years later, the dance is held again for the first time since that horrific evening - but something else may have also returned Tonight, the teens of this sleepy town will meet their grisly ends at the hands - and pitchfork, blade and more - of THE PROWLER!

'Zombieland 2' Promises to Have Blood Flying in Your Face

It has already been revealed that Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are hard at working penning a sequel to their smash hit zombedy Zombieland that will bring Ruben Fleischer back to the director's chair for zombies in 3-D. A new video interview with the writing duo was posted online today where they reveal some big plans for the 3-D elements in Zombieland 2. Read on for the skinny.

Wes Craven in Talks for 'Sunflower', First Details

Bloody Disgusting was tipped off on a new horror film that could see Wes Craven behind the camera. Written by Misha Green ("Sons of Anarchy," "Heroes"), Sunflower follows a woman on the verge of running away from her life is uprooted when a seemingly straight-faced professor abducts her forcing to play a part in his twisted world. Calls into SKE confirm Craven's interest, although no deal is in place. Who knows what will happen with Scream IV supposedly going in April. Craven is an avid Twitter-er, so hopefully he can't shed some light on the project.

New Thriller from Lionsgate Carries Major Cast

Arriving on DVD April 20th from Lionsgate Home Entertainment is Peacock, which stars Ellen Page (Juno), Cillian Murphy (28 Days Later) and Susan Sarandon (Rock Horror Picture Show). John Skillpa, a quiet bank clerk living in tiny Peacock, Nebraska, prefers to live an invisible life. This might have to do with John's secret: he has another personality no one knows about, a woman who each morning does his chores and cooks him breakfast before he starts his day. Then, in a moment, everything changes.
